How to get revenge on a 13 yr old sister?

So, I know a lot of people are asking this question right? Well, I need help.. So, I am 11, & my sister is 13, Obviously. She always thinks she can CONTROL me. She can do the meanest things and say sorry and NOT MEAN IT WORTH ANYTHING and expect me to be over it.. She lies to get her way, she does devious things AND I AM SICK OF IT. I don't want to get in trouble or anything cause my parent is TOUGH, Well yea, I am so sick of it. HELP!, & no please don't say MAKE UP WITH HER cause it's IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!… Thanks :D
