If I backup my iPhone, and restore it on the new iPhone I am getting, will the songs that I bought from .....?

If I backup my iPhone, and restore it on the new iPhone I am getting, will the songs that I bought from ' tap tap revenge 4' ( a game ) still be on it ?? And all the scores ?
