Is Nihilism practical? If yes how?

It's quite easy to talk on subjective basis of negating thoughts and values! And on practical basis ive only seen Mitchell hiesmann who followed his logic to absurdity and killed himself as a result of it....So can anyone give an objective basis for nihilism in their way?
