Why is the materialist cosmos duller than our daily experience of life?

It's like the parts are greater than the whole. Atheists see the whole universe as some dull, predetermined course of events, with no intelligence behind it, and therefore no meaning. But if you follow that to its logical conclusion, that means nothing in our daily lives has any meaning either. The materialist dogma utterly contradicts our experience of this world, and not even atheists follow their own dogma. If you all followed your own dogma, you would be pure nihilists. Because that's all atheism can lead to, is nihilism.
