Doesn't intelligence inevitably lead to nihilism/narcissism/anti socialism?

Being "intelligent" generally brings about a higher level of curiousity, a propensity to question things that others would blindly accept. It doesn't mean that the two cannot coexist, it just means that some find it harder, some don't like to pander at all, and some manage to reconsile all their beliefs. It's up to the individual to find that balance, or imbalance, if they prefer.
