How to get revenge on someone?

Okayy so this girl keeps telln guys to break up with me.. telln my friends to ignore me.. And she keeps messing with me like.. breaking into my car and stealing DVD playerss.. and taking the door off my fence.. I have NO proof of those things.. How do I get her to admit it on tapee.. wat do i say to her to make her stop?? Oh she also keeps stalkn/following me everywhere i go.. Im fed up with her BS.. And i really want it to stop.. She also gets in trouble with the cops for dingdong ditching at night soo.. i know where to find her..
