Socrates said "I know that I know nothing". Is this epistemological nihilism?

I think purely, the statement is, sure. Nothing is nothing. But Soc was being a bit dramatic. He knew some things. As a speaking point it was dramatic and more true than false. But not to be taken absolutely literally. Else he wouldn't know even how to speak.
