My (male!!) cousin hurt my head!!!!!!!?

im 18 im a girl & a few months ago i hit my head hard on the cement then i hit it hard on the cement again just a few days later (both were from skateboarding). basically my heads gone through alot the past year and i dont think its fully healed yet. i really shook it up bad :( but it had finally started getting better (after constant pain for months). but then, a week ago, my cousin (hes 17 hes just barely younger than me) he was being mean to me and trying to get his point across and he poked me on my head twice (hard!!!!) and it hurt soooooo bad but not bad enough that i yelled at him at the time or anything because even though it hurt it wasnt unbearable or anything. but then that night came the hell. i was hanging out with two of my bestfriends when all of a sudden i felt this sharp pain right where he poked me. the pain wouldnt stop, it got so bad i actually had to head out & go home the pain was acutally that bad that i had to comepletely end the night early (& it takes a LOT of pain to make me stop what im doing) the pain is terrible ive been in a living hell for the past week and for the first few days i could hear a cracking in my head right where he had poked me the pain is unbelieveable my head is shaken up sooooo bad. the blood rushes around & all this weird i stuff now. im terrified i dont know what to do. my mom took me to the hospital but after like four hours of waiting i was just ready to go home so i didnt end up seeing a doctor. so basically i hate my cousin & i wanna kick his ***. i dont know what to do. i hate him so bad he shouldnt do stuff to peoples heads like that i would NEVER touch anyones head because you dont know what theyre heads going through like wether its a slight headache or severe pain, you just never know so you shouldnt go around hitting people on theyre heads. im in so much pain, its unbareable, i want a rock thrown at his head or something :( what should i do? how should i get revenge? he shouldnt have done that to my head he weighs like 200LBS im 105 im weak
