Things we suspect are good are not really and things we suspect are bad are really good?

The problem, in America, anyway, is that 90% of the population insists on living on 2% of the land. New cities need to built in more remote places. This not only create jobs but produce, real, lasting wealth. If global temperatures do continue to increase, the world will over time have considerably more inhabitable territory than it does now. We already have the technology to create artificial biospheres. I can conceivably see people living on Mars, certain moons of Jupiter, etc. centuries in the future.
