Will all the songs I've bought on tap tap revenge 4 still be on my new iPhone when I restore everything?

Not sure what your asking? If you back up everything in Itunes and then restore it from a back up then yeah the stuff will be on there. However, if you are buying a new phone you can put all the apps you already have on there.
